CRITERIA FOR CERTIFICATION

Transparent criteria.

To qualify, the company has measured well-being, stress, and eNPS for monthly or have at least 2 quarterly measurements. Furthermore, they need to have an employee response/participation rate of at least 70%.

Lastly they need to qualify across ambassadorship, well-being and stress:

Great eNPS.

The criteria is to average over 25 in eNPS, which means this company has many ambassadors that want to recommend the company to others.

Great well-being.

The criteria is to average over 75 in well-being across 8 drivers, which means the employees are very happy to be working in this environment.

Very low stress.

The criteria is to have maximum one in ten employees register a problematic level of stress over the past months.

A CERTIFICATE YOU CANNOT BUY.

Non-profit and exclusive.

Other workplace certificates are paid. If you pay, you get the certification. We thinks that is culture washing and poor behavior. So, at Zoios, we have made transparent criteria to make sure only happy workplaces make it through.

Furthermore, we made it free for all companies using Zoios to remove all commercial incentives. This certificate cannot be bought.
