A mission-driven team out of Copenhagen.
Building the employee listening platform we wished existed: short pulse surveys, live dashboards, AI-driven recommendations, and zero spreadsheets.
The mission, by the numbers
Most people spend a third of their lives at work, and far too many spend it burnt out. We're on a mission to change that.

01 · Founding story
Two founders, one idea that wouldn't leave.

The seed
The idea came to Christian a decade ago, during a previous venture. There had to be a better way to understand stress and well-being than annual surveys nobody trusts. Something real-time, data-driven, and built so an organisation could actually act on what it heard. He shelved it. The next chapter pulled him elsewhere.

The gap, up close
Years later, Christian found himself co-running a growing agency. Every other part of the business was instrumented: revenue, pipeline, utilisation. But on the most important question, how are our people actually doing, the answer was a manager's gut feeling. The most expensive asset in the company, and we were guessing.
03 / 04
The call
He picked up the phone to Mikkel. They had been friends since high school, and years earlier had competed together in a US startup competition. They already knew they made a good team. Within an afternoon they agreed: this was the one to build.

Liftoff
Within a few months, the first paying customers were live. Six months in, Zoios was accepted into Y Combinator. Later that year, People Ventures led a round joined by a list of prominent angels. Today Zoios runs across 1,000+ teams in 47 countries. The original idea is the same. Just sharper.

02 · What we believe
Produce for People with Pleasure.
Three words that shape every product decision and every conversation with customers.
P
Produce
We aim to be bold, invent something new, and challenge the status quo of how organizations measure and act on well-being.
P
People
Every feature has to create real, emotional and psychological impact for the human being on the receiving end, while still serving the business.
P
Pleasure
Culture and leadership take work. We believe internal joy isn't a perk, it's the foundation. We have to live it before we can sell it.
